Peter Jon Faletto was born in Chelan, WA but moved 23 times by the time he was 18 (he spent a year living in the Peninsula when he was young–his brother was born in the building that is now the Ilwaco Public Library). Peter has travelled through or lived in every state in the US but Maine and Hawaii…so they are on his bucket list.
Peter started college at the University of Nebraska, then Weber St., then Utah State with a double major in Psychology and Pre- PT. He taught anatomy, biology and physiology lab and discussion sections and taught a Human Cadaver Dissection course. He participated in research on the feeding habits of the medicinal leech, that was published and helped to further research into an alternative treatment to TPA for heart attacks. Peter worked as an EMT, then Homemaker, Home Health Aide, CNA, and other jobs before becoming a Physical Therapist in 1991.
Peter has coached many sports but loves skiing! He won the US Telemark GS-Citizen’s Division and did well in Alpine as well. Peter is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Yamabushido Kempo Jutsu and has recently became addicted to Pickleball.
Peter moved to the Peninsula from Boise, and Sandpoint before that, where he trained athletes in several sports and specialized in unweighting and vibration training and therapies. Peter is excited about mentorship and actively seeks to share his knowledge on the specialized skills he has developed.
