
Otago Exercise Program
The Otago exercise program is an evidence-based falls prevention exercise program for the elderly. It is designed to prevent falls by strengthening muscles and improving balance in older adults.
*Note – we will consider starting another cohort if there is enough interest
Dates
Year-long program. Participants meet 1-2 times per month with a therapist and conduct home exercises 5 times a week.

Participants: must be 65 an older, a resident of Pacific County, and score a 1 or 2 on the combined assessments.
