Weigh In! Diabetes Prevention Program

This program, designed for people with pre-diabetes or other risk factors for type 2 diabetes, helps participants make modest lifestyle changes that can reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by more than half. The program includes:

  • A proven program to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes
  • A CDC-approved curriculum and trained lifestyle coach
  • A year-long program with weekly meetings for the first 6 months, then once or twice a month for the second 6 months
  • Support from others like you as you learn new skills

This is a year-long class that meets weekly for the first 6 weeks, then every other week for 6 weeks, and then monthly for 6 months.
