Position Summary/Qualifications:

This position requires a person to be able to multitask under stress.  Primary duties are: the taking of orders, answering phones and patient call lights, directing visitors, and assisting the nursing staff and providers.  The position assists with the Quality Program and performs other tasks as assigned.  Good communication skills as well as clerical skills are required to perform this job.  Medical terminology or past experience in the medical field is preferred.  CPR is required within 6 months of hire.

Position Summary/Qualifications:

This position requires the Certified Nursing Assistant to be able to work on the medical surgical floor caring for a variety of patients. During the shift, the person in this position will need to take direction from the Charge Nurse on duty as well as the Nurse caring for the patient and the Float Nurse. the person in this position will need to be flexible, self motivated and able to change direction to fill in where needed at any given time. This position is a critical member of the care giving team and will need to be able to work cohesively as part of the Nursing Team as well as independently. Communication with both the staff and the patients in a friendly, caring and professional manner is crucial. Accurate vital signs including weights and I’s and O’s are a must. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with current WA license and a valid CPR card. Past Med/Surg and ER experience preferred.

Position Summary/Qualifications:

The LPN will be responsible for the care of a specific group of patients on a shift. The LPN works under the supervision and direction of an RN meeting the needs of the patient and family. The LPN will be required to take direction from multiple individuals, including but not limited to: charge nurse, nurse manager, and other nursing staff. The ability to be flexible, self motivated and multi-task between patients and handle the re-direction of tasks and responsibilities at any given time will be an important part of this position. The ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients in a friendly, caring and professional manner is a high priority. Accurate vital signs including weights, I’s and O’s are a must, some phlebotomy required, and must write legibly. Experience in Med/Surg preferred. Washington State license, current BLS required.
