Our medical imaging services are available 24 hours a day and are used for emergencies, surgeries, inpatient and outpatient care. Doctors and specialists use diagnostic images to evaluate bones and organs. The information these images yield help detect and treat diseases inside the body.
Our imaging department recently made the transition to a completely digital environment by adding state-of-the-art digital mammography equipment and upgrading our picture archiving communications systems (PACS), which digitally displays, transmits and stores medical images. This newer, more efficient system gives us the advantage of storing more images and accessing them quicker.
