RN – ED/Relief – Half Time

Position Summary/Qualifications:

This position is required to cover the Floor, Emergency Room and Outpatients. The days, shifts, and position may vary depending on the week. The ability to multitask and balance working independently but in a team environment is necessary. A compassionate attitude toward patients and the ability to communicate with staff and patients in a friendly, caring and professional manner is expected.

This position requires the nurse to be on their feet and moving at a fast pace. A positive and friendly attitude as well as being a team player is expected. The days and assignments may vary depending on the week. Patient triage and the ability to multitask is a must. During the shift direction will come from the Charge Nurse on duty while working in various positions. The person in this position will need to be flexible and able to change direction to fill in where needed at any given time.

You must be a Registered Nurse with current WA license. One year minimum RN experience required, ACLS and CPR, PALS and TEAM or TNCC certification within in six months of hire. Past Med/Surg, ER and Triage experience preferred, able to work well independently as well as a team.
