Position Summary / Qualifications:
This position requires you to cover the floor, emergency room, float, chemotherapy and outpatients including Charge Nurse. The days and assignment may vary. You must be a team player with the ability to manage staff and work with all departments in a professional and courteous conduct. Patients triage and the ability to multitask is a must. During your shift you will need to take direction from the CN on duty while working in all positions other than charge nurse. As the Charge Nurse you will take direction from the Clinical Nurse Manager. You will need to be able to change direction to fill in where needed at any given time.

Must have Washington State License. 1 year minimum RN experience required; ACLS, CPR, PALS, TEAM or TNC within in six months of hire.

Experienced Preferred – able to work independently as well as a team. Good professional communication skills both written and verbal a must.
